Fit-out standard
Fit-out at Waterfront considers the current trends and needs of users. The interiors are equipped with wooden floors, kitchen furniture and household appliances, a bathroom with a washing machine, shower tray or bathtub, cupboard and washbasin, wardrobes and custom-designed dressing rooms, an internal door of an above-standard height and lighting in the kitchen and bathroom. Additionally, all flats are equipped with a smart home system integrated with a mobile app.

A style that brings to mind the interior of a yacht.
Port style
A distinctive, strong aesthetic with subtle references to post-industrial style. The port style is dominated by slightly darker shades of warm grey and rough-hewn, raw materials: brushed graphite mixer taps in the bathroom, porcelain stoneware and tiles imitating concrete and corten steel with the rust colour of unpolished sheet metal, and flame granite countertops in the kitchen.

All furnishings and all fit-out elements are covered by an at least two-year Vastint warranty, so that you can enjoy your apartment without having to worry.
HANDYMAN
When you buy an apartment in Waterfront, you receive the benefit of a handyman service free of charge. Within the first year of receipt of the apartment, you will receive 5 free hours when the specialist can help with minor finishing and service work, such as hanging a mirror, installing curtain rods, hanging pictures, changing light bulbs, attaching handles or hanging shelves or cabinets. Thanks to this service, playing around with your arrangement is easier and less time-consuming.
