Common areas
The greenery on the estate and the landscaping elements reflect the nature of the maritime surroundings. The design is clearly inspired by the Baltic beaches, hence the undulating shape and the rising and falling rhythm of the arrangements of wooden benches, ramps and stairs. There is a children’s playground, flowering perennials and grasses characteristic of the dunes, as well as coastal tree and shrub species.

1. How many flats are going to be included in the Waterfront development, and in what size?
There are 126 residential premises, including 10 penthouses (from 29 to 172 m2) and 19 service premises (from 29 to 195 m2) at Waterfront. Both flats and service premises in the residential buildings are for sale.
2. What is the height of the flats and service premises?
Flats: from 2.75 to 3.50 m (in penthouses).
Service premises: from 3.5 to 5 m.
3. When is the sale going to start?
In the second half of 2024, after the construction is completed and the flats are finished to fit-out standards. We sell only finished flats.
4. What is a fit-out?
Fit-out allows you to move into a flat the first day after buying it. Fit-out standard means equipping the flats with elements such as: wooden floors, a kitchen with household appliances, a fully equipped bathroom with a washing machine or a washer-dryer, carpentry construction of wardrobes, painted walls, and an internal door.
5. What styles are going to be at Waterfront?
Port and yacht. On the website www.gdyniawaterfront.pl you can find visualisations of both of these styles. They are neutral enough that it is possible to choose furnishings, furniture, and accessories as you wish.
6. What is fit-out plus?
Fit-out plus is a flat additionally equipped with furniture and decor elements by established interior designers. We plan approximately 20 fit-out plus flats.
7. Do all flats have a balcony?
110 out of 126 flats have a balcony. The rest have a porte-fenêtre.
8. Why do you operate differently? Where is the catch?
We want to remove the hard work from your shoulders – finishing a flat on your own. We sell finished flats that you can see before the purchase. The estate is quiet; there are no long renovations by the neighbours. We operate differently than the rest of the property developer market, but similarly to the developers in Germany or Scandinavia. We want to treat clients with honesty – we do not sell a hole in the ground, but flats that you will be able to enter, see the view from the window and choose the one that fits you the most. Our experience shows that clients really appreciate such an approach (Riverview).
9. When is the offer of the flats going to appear on the website?
The offer is going to appear when the sale starts – in the second half of 2024. A few months earlier, the clients who signed up for the Premium Club are going to get access to the offer and be able to book the flats before they enter the market.
10. What is the Premium Club?
Premium Club brings together people interested in Vastint residential properties in Poland. Club members receive earlier access to the offer of flats with the possibility to book them in advance. To sign up for the club after its launch, you have to fill out the form on the website for a given development and pay the entry fee. In the case of Waterfront, it is PLN 400.
Membership is lifelong, and the members will be receiving offers of the following residential projects of Vastint in Poland. You can leave the club at any time.
11. Is the Premium Club entry fee refundable when purchasing a flat?
No, it is a one-time and lifelong fee.
12. Why can’t I buy a flat at developer’s status?
According to our strategy, all flats that Vastint offers in Poland are equipped to fit-out standards. We do not sell unfinished flats. It also applies to the Waterfront development. The advantage is that you can move in the first day after the purchase. They are finished according to the current interior design trends and with high-standard materials. Clients choose only furniture and accessories on their own.
13. Am I going to have an influence on the finishing style, choosing colours, materials, etc.?
You are not going to be able to influence the choice of interior finishing elements – the flats are going to be completed and finished. However, you will be able to choose between two different styles: port and yacht. All styles are based on neutral colours, which gives the possibility to design the interior individually. Fit-out constitutes a base that does not interfere with individual arrangement creativity. We take over the worst renovation works and leave you the pleasure of arranging.
An additional benefit is that we buy large quantities of finishing materials, so the price for finishing is better than if you bought the same elements yourself.
14. Can I buy more than one parking space?
Yes, in the case of buying big flats. There is no possibility of buying more parking spaces for smaller flats. The parking spaces in the garage hall are allocated to a given flat. There are also going to be approximately 20 generally available and paid spaces in the garage hall.
15. What discounts do you offer? Am I going to get a discount if I buy more flats?
According to the company policy and principles of equality and transparency regarding clients, we do not offer discounts. The premises are sold at prices included in the offer presented on the website.
16. Am I going to be informed about the Premium Club and the sale start?
Yes, you are going to be informed well in advance via e-mail if you leave us your contact details via the contact form available on the website www.gdyniawaterfront.pl
17. Am I going to receive a guarantee for fit-out from you?
Yes, every client is going to get a minimum 2-year guarantee for all fit-out elements, valid from the day of receiving the flat. Some of the elements, however, are going to have an extended guarantee, according to the manufacturer’s guarantee. Statutory warranty also applies.
18. What is the process of buying a flat?
There are two possibilities: either via Premium Club or the public sale.
The flats are ready to move into from day one, so there is a possibility of signing the final contract and receiving the keys the same day.
19. Where is the sales office located?
The sales office is located next to the estate, in the PKO BP building, entrance from the marina next to Nabrzeże Prezydenta. Address: Waszyngtona 17, Gdynia.
20. Are there going to be demonstration flats?
Yes, we plan demonstration flats which the clients will be able to see in the estate.
21. Does the offer include flats equipped with furniture?
Yes, we plan to equip approximately 20 flats with not only fit-out, but also furniture and accessories. These are fit-out plus flats, and they are going to be designed by experienced interior designers under our supervision.
22. What is the legal status of the land? Is there perpetual usufruct?
Yes, there is perpetual usufruct.
23. What other projects are you planning?
We are planning most projects in Poznań: we are building the Pastelowo estate, then the multistage Portowo in Poznan. We are also going to build the Stara Rzeźnia development in the centre of Poznan. We are also going to create estates in Warsaw and Wroclaw and the next stage of the Riverview estate in Gdansk.
24. How many flats can I buy?
Waterfront is an estate to live in for your own purposes, for example, for families with children, so the number of flats to purchase by one client is going to be limited.
25. Can I purchase a storage room for a flat?
Only the largest flats are going to have such an option.
26. Who is going to manage the Waterfront estate? An external company or Vastint?
Managing the estate is going to be entrusted to an external company, which will administer the building and provide full building services, including billing and technical services.
