The bespoke penthouses offer expansive terraces overlooking the Gdynia skyline. In four of them, you can admire the panorama while unwinding in your own private jacuzzi.

Situated on the fifth floors of both Waterfront buildings, the ten exclusive apartments span from 78 to 178 m2, with ceiling heights of 2.8 to 3.7 metres. Each comes with air conditioning and is finished with meticulously curated materials, highlighted by natural stone and high-quality timber. Each apartment centres on a custom-made kitchen designed by acclaimed interior architect Michał Wrześniak and crafted in Patryk Rust’s workshop, where craftsmanship and technical precision come together.

Premium standard

At Waterfront, the fit-out comprises fully completed interiors: timber flooring, a finished bathroom and kitchen, wardrobes and dressing rooms, internal doors and integrated lighting in both the kitchen and bathroom. For the penthouses, the premium standard goes even further. Each offers one to three terraces, with jacuzzis featured in selected units. All are fitted with air conditioning and premium appliances from leading brands such as Miele and Liebherr. A signature highlight is the kitchen cabinetry by the esteemed Rust studio, individually designed for every apartment and crafted from outstanding materials, including fluted veneer, sintered stone and natural stones such as Patagonia, Negresco and Capolavoro. These are genuine works of functional art.

Craftsmanship

At Waterfront, each kitchen is a bespoke creation – individually conceived and perfectly matched to its apartment. We have combined cutting-edge manufacturing technologies with traditional hand craftsmanship, ensuring flawless precision in every detail. Natural veneers, stone, sintered stone surfaces and lacquered fronts provide both durability and a premium aesthetic. Working closely with the architect proved essential: together, we have refined the details and tested each design solution. What emerges are kitchens that excel in both beauty and performance, while remaining utterly one-of-a-kind.

Architecture

In designing the Waterfront kitchens, I considered not only the spatial layouts but also the lifestyles of their owners. Every space has a distinct character, from calm and elegant to boldly expressive, like the kitchen with a striking red accent. My aim was to ensure that every kitchen balanced functionality with visual appeal. That is why I looked for solutions combining ergonomics with attractive design. With a rich palette of colours and refined materials, we have created spaces that stand the test of time. They draw the eye and form the heart of each apartment.
