The new face of the city

This is how cities are built. Residential structures, office buildings, hotels, shops, service premises, green passages, and squares creating public spaces. The public and yet intimate character of the buildings is characterized by a human scale, which favors the creation of a good atmosphere and pleasant “life among the buildings.”

The development will create a fragment of the living urban tissue that blends into the cultural landscape of Gdynia. A friendly space for residents of the buildings, the people working here, as well as the inhabitants of Gdynia and tourists visiting the city. It is to be one of the most attractive parts of the city, implemented with the care characteristic of both the developer and the designers themselves, the Warsaw studio JEMS Architekci.

The first stage of the investment — an office building and a Courtyard by Marriott hotel — opened in 2015. The implementation of the second stage of Waterfront began in 2021.

The attractive development of the emerging part of the complex has been divided into two recognizable components: the residential and office zones and the public zones. They are blended into a harmonious whole by a network of streets providing beautiful views of the sea. The entire space has been perfectly arranged and thought out.

The office buildings situated on ul. Washingtona will create a frontage of simple, elegant architecture. In the second line of buildings, set back from the hustle and bustle of the city, two distinctive residential buildings with balconies and terraces will be built. A passage runs through the middle, leading from the business and residential areas directly to the main square of the complex beside the tourist center of the bustling Kościuszko Square. The central square with its offices, hotels, multi-screen cinema, and cultural pavilion will become a place for meetings and events, both public and business. There will also be restaurants and cafes, encouraging residents of the city and tourists to linger here for even a moment.
